“For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be removed, and be cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he says shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he says.”

If you are going to become anything God has made you, you have to be careful what comes out of your mouth. A child of God shouldn’t talk anyhow. In our reference text for the day, God is trying to say that anything that comes out of your mouth, He will honor it. So, when you speak anything negative, it will be honored. In the book of Romans 10:8-9 the Bible says “But what says it? The word is near you, even in your mouth, and in your heart: that is the word of faith, which we preach; that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you shall be saved.”
The word is in your mouth first before your heart. It must first come out of your mouth before your heart will register it. Confession is very crucial in your faith walk. Even with salvation, you must confess it with your mouth and believe it in your heart. And so, if this principle can work for our salvation, then it can work for our prosperity and breakthrough as well. If you can say it with your mouth, then you can qualify to receive it in your hand. One of the things that is affecting your faith walk is your negative confession whether consciously or unconsciously.

Pray and ask God to deliver you from negative confessions…….
