OCT. 28 – PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOR

“Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil…..”

EPHESIANS 6:11-18

The Bible encourages us to put on the whole armor, which means that if you leave one amour, you become a target for the enemy. When you look at the whole amour, God did not provide one at the back. It means that God does not expect us to turn our backs. When you face the enemy, no matter how fierce the battle is, God does not expect you to turn your back because there is no protection there.

Your business may be going down, marriage may not be working; no matter the situation, make sure having all to stand, stand. The devil can deceive you and say, “Turn back and ran away” because he knows that once you turn your back, any arrow can be thrown at you. I discovered one revelation in the Bible when God asked the devil “Have you considered my son Job?” The devil in response said, “Have you not made a hedge around him”. It means the devil tried shooting arrows at Job and the arrows were not going through so he concluded that there was a hedge around him. What does this imply? The devil himself has now made us aware that once you are a child of God and you are walking in humility, righteousness, and in sanctification, there is always a hedge around you.
