AUG. 7 – YOU CANNOT BE SICK – PART 2

“And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.”

EXODUS 23:25

God said to the children of Israel that they shall serve Him and He will take sickness away from them. God’s word is final. He said, “ I, God, will take sickness away from you.” According to the Bible, we have a better covenant than the Israelites. We are not supposed to be sick, because God says so. If anyone asks you, why do you say you can’t be sick? Simply tell them “it is written in the Word”. When the devil tried to tempt Jesus, all Jesus did was to refer him to what was written.

In Matthew 4:4, Jesus boldly told the devil, “It is written”. You are still sick because are not declaring your healing. You are even shy to demonstrate your faith in public. Many believers are ashamed to demonstrate their faith publicly. If you want to walk by faith, you must be immune to mockery and public ridicule. Go ahead and declare your healing, knowing that Jesus has paid the price for your healing already.

PRAYER:

Pray and ask God to help you demonstrate your faith publicly….

TODAY’S QUOTE:

On the cross, Jesus took your sickness and bore all your pains.
