AUG. 20 – DON’T FORGET HIS PRAISE

“Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.”

PSALM 103:1

David always sang a song of praise to God to a point where he could say, “Bless the Lord oh, my soul.” His praises graduated to a level where even when his mouth was not blessing God, his soul was doing it. “…. And all that is within me, bless his holy name”. He even went ahead to add all his internal organs. Maybe the reason you are going through all kinds of sicknesses is that the organs inside you are not blessing the lord.

Today, I can suggest to you that it will be to your own advantage if you will praise God, but if you decide not to praise Him, He can cause stones to praise Him. Is it a wise thing for us to be here and allow stones to praise God? God is not putting pressure on us to praise him though, but if we decide not to praise him, birds of the air are ready, trees are also ready; even the stones are ready to praise Him. Maybe, you think you have prayed enough, you have fasted enough, but there is one more thing you are not conscious of – the praise weapon.

PRAYER:

Offer unto God a song of praise and make it your prayer today….

TODAY’S QUOTE:

What prayer w e a p o n cannot do, praise weapon can do it.
