1 CORINTHIANS 13:13
I heard a quote somewhere that said: “You will only need power when you have a negative person to destroy, if not, love alone is enough to fulfil your needs”. What this means is that when you see people fighting for power, they only need that power to demonstrate something but once your motive is love, you don’t need any power.
Paul said that these things would abide: faith, hope, and love but the greatest of these is love. The reason love is the greatest is that the other two depend on it. Faith will need love and hope, hope will need faith and love but love does not need any of them, why? The reason is that once you are walking in love, the rest is automatic. An example is recorded in Galatians 5:6 “…but faith works through love”. Maybe the reason your faith is not working is that it is not getting the love ingredient. You can go to church all right, dressed like a Christian and act like a Christian but if your heart is different, nothing will work for you. It is my prayer that from now onwards, love will always lead you.

Pray and ask God to give you the heart to show love……
