“Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.” — PSALM 103:1
David consistently sang songs of praise to God, reaching a point where he could say, “Bless the Lord, O my soul.” His praises reached such a level that even when his mouth was not blessing God, his soul was doing it. “…And all that is within me, bless his holy name.” He even included all his internal organs. Perhaps the reason you are experiencing various sicknesses is that the organs inside you are not blessing the Lord.
Today, I suggest that it would be to your own advantage to praise God. But if you choose not to praise Him, He can cause stones to praise Him. Is it wise for us to stand by and allow stones to praise God? God is not pressuring us to praise Him, but if we decide not to, the birds of the air are ready, the trees are ready, and even the stones are ready to praise Him. Maybe you think you have prayed enough, you have fasted enough, but there is one more thing you may not be conscious of—the weapon of praise.
Prayer: Offer unto God a song of praise and make it your prayer today.
