“For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many increase to the glory of God.” — 2 CORINTHIANS 4:15
We are not learning the easiest way to get God’s attention. Who told you that God is not conscious of thanksgiving? One day, Jesus Christ healed ten lepers, and only one of them came back to thank Him. Jesus replied to the man, “Were there not ten who were healed? Where are the other nine?” Jesus said to the man, “Because you have done this, you are made whole.” (Luke 17:11-19)
This means that the miracles God gives us are not complete until we do one thing—thanksgiving. He can do a miracle for you and leave about twenty percent. I checked the Greek Bible and discovered in one of the commentaries that when you are healed of leprosy, there will be some scars on you that indicate you used to have leprosy. When Jesus told the man that he was made whole, it meant that when people saw him, they wouldn’t be able to recognize that he had ever had leprosy. I submit to you today that if you start thanking God, He will grant you a complete miracle.
Prayer: Begin to thank God for all His goodness in your life.
