A life without Christ is the most unwise decision you can ever make on earth. Some people are busily seeking material things in life, but material things should not keep you from going to heaven. The Bible says, “A man’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions” (Luke 12:15). You brought nothing into this world, and you will take nothing out. It is foolishness to depend on the creation rather than the Creator. Everything you see on earth has no access to heaven.
People can pay to go to a disco, pay to drink alcohol, or pay to engage in all sorts of worldly activities; but you pay nothing to receive Christ because salvation is free. The reason salvation is free is that someone has already paid for it. It is foolishness to pay for other things and end up in hell when you can receive salvation for free and go to heaven. All you need to do to get to heaven is to receive the Lord Jesus Christ and walk with Him. If you have already received Him, continue to walk with Him.
The Bible says, “If any man be in Christ, he is a new creation…” (2 Cor. 5:17). You cannot be in Christ and continue in your old life, because salvation transforms you. One day, the Greeks came to Philip and said, “We want to see Jesus” (John 12:21). My question to you is: Whom are you looking to see today?
