“He that walks with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.”
PROVERBS 13:20
Jesus Christ came on earth and took twelve illiterates; and for three years, He demonstrated to them true leadership. By the time He ascended to His Father, these disciples stormed the world. One day, the disciples were standing in the white house and this was the testimony of the Sanhedrin; the Bible says, they were marveled, “How come these people who have never learned carry such an authority” (Acts 4:13) and the Bible says, “They took notice of them and realized that they had been with Jesus”.
Our text for today says, “He that walks with the wise, shall be wise”. If you show me the company of people you move with, I can predict your future. One of the problems with you is that you have nobody in your life to challenge you. There is a friend you must visit, and by the time you come home, you must start changing your room arrangements. There is also a friend you must you must visit, and by the time you come home, you must start respecting your husband or your wife. Sometimes, when satan sees that he cannot change you, he tries to divert your course to wrong associations. Like the Sanhedrin, the world will always take notice of whom you have been with, so be careful whom you walk with.
PRAYER:
Pray and ask God to divert your course from every wrong association and connect you to your helpers…
