“And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament, and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever.”
DANIEL 12:3
Righteousness causes men to shine as stars. If you truly desire honor, then wisdom demands that you also desire righteousness with a greater interest. Let your desire for righteousness be more than your desire for honor because when righteousness is in place, honor is automatic. Joseph became a king and ruler in the land of Egypt because he did not touch Potiphar’s wife. Honor is guaranteed when practical righteousness is in place.
Righteousness is the root of honor. When it is out of place, honor is out of the equation. No matter what you do, until righteousness takes place, honor will not be guaranteed. Desire righteousness and honor will follow you. The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose hearts are perfect towards Him. Righteousness is the surest way to the top. Stop that sin you are committing and experience God’s honor in your life.

Pray and ask God to forgive you of your sins and restore you unto His righteousness……
