OCT. 26 – SPEAK WHAT YOU BELIEVE

“(as it is written: “I have made thee a father of many nations”), in the presence of Him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead and calleth those things which are not, as though they were. Romans 4:17

To check whether someone has faith or not, listen to the way they speak.

Once faith is inside you, it will come out, because people tend to say what they believe.

The Bible doesn’t permit us to speak what we know.

God wants us to speak what He is saying about our circumstances. Sometimes we feel shy about it because some people will say that you are lying. So we are tempted to speak what will make people happy, instead of what God has said.

But if you are ready to please God you must be ready to displease man, and if you are ready to please man, you must be ready to displease God.

The symptoms might all show that you are not well. You still feel the headache, but the Bible says “Let the weak say I am strong.” Therefore, your confession must not be about the pain in your body or the state of your bank account. Say “By His stripes I am healed!”

For as long as I can remember, I have always confessed that “I can never be poor!” Even when circumstances seemed to say something different. Today, I can testify to the manifestation of the word of God in my life.

If you don’t know what is written, you will not know what to believe. Get a word in your spirit, and speak the word, not your circumstances.

Prayer: Lord, give me the grace to speak your word over my life today and always.
